Enjoy a continental breakfast* as we present the format and objectives of the day ahead before formally introducing you to the equine mentors

Creating connections

By observing and beginning to understand the natural behaviour of horses and their unspoken language, we’ll help you take these learnings and start building trust and confidence

Setting boundaries

Interacting with the horses through various exercises in a safe, non-ridden environment, you’ll start to better understand their behaviour and the impact and effectiveness of your own communication and actions

Partnership & leadership

Following a buffet lunch*, you’ll spend the afternoon building on what you’ve learnt and leading the horses through a series of exercises designed to further build trust, confidence and self-awareness

Recap & reflection

Refreshments* and time to discuss and reflect on the day whilst spending time with the horses on the yard before leaving for home
